Founded by a passionate entrepreneur who felt in love with South Africa twenty years ago.
Vivus Investments PTY Ltd is a holding company established in 2022 in Paarl to fund and manage multiple other South African companies
We are working in two main fields of activities: Hospitality and Long-Term Letting.
What we do
With Le Petit Chateau, ****graded Guest House as the central piece, our hospitality business encompasses also 2 short-term letting properties located in Sea Point-Cape Town and a 4 bedroom, en-suite lodge at Gondwana Game Reserve.
With 10 long-term letting properties in the current portfolio, a mix of newly built or recently refurbished houses and flats, our business values a solid free cash flow by letting first class accommodations to first class tenants across Cape Town (Foreshore, Sea Point, Vredehoek, Diep River, Durbanville, Woodstock, Paarl).
